Returns Policy

1. Delivery:

For Uniforms:

We manufacture fresh! After you place an order with us, we will start manufacturing the quantities demanded in the below mentioned delivery periods.

Delivery Periods:

0 – 10 Pcs – 1 Week
11 – 100 Pcs – 2 Weeks
101 – 500 Pcs – 4 Weeks
500+ Please Get In Touch

Please note minimum lead time for embroidered items is 5 working days in addition to the above mentioned delivery periods.

For Accessories:

If in Stock warehouse handling time will take 1 to 2 working days until shipped. If not in stock replenishment time can take minimum 2 to 45 working days.

2. Shipping takes 2 to 5 working days for domestic or international orders.

Returns can be sent back within 15 days of purchase HOWEVER embroidered or customized items will not be accepted for return and are considered final sale.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4.1 Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

4.1.2 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping charge will not be refunded as the service has been previously utilized by you while receiving the goods.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Subject “Refund”

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturer’s origin.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (Including taxes and customs) for returning your item(s).  If you send us an item(s) with us paying the shipping costs, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Advise: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
